When Harold Thoms established The Thoms Estate in 1939, he preserved its natural beauty and lavished it with amenities, making this a place for his family and friends to fully express their love of nature, art, and joyous living. Today, in cooperation with the Thoms Family and building on their founding spirit, we have preserved the best of the original Estate and greatly enhanced it with a wealth of additional amenities. The original Manor House still stands, transformed into the social and cultural hub of a new community. Within and all around it are facilities and pleasures you might expect – such as a wine cellar, a state-of-the-art fitness center, swimming pools – along with others you assuredly would not expect, like a bridge inspired by Monet’s Japanese bridge at Giverny... cobblestone roads lined with European style sidewalks and softly lit with gas lamps... communal art studios - even a grass boules court. The combined ambience of our old and new amenities is distinctly European, unique in all the world, and singularly appealing, as your further exploration will confirm.
